Unfortunately, we only accept returns if there is a fault with your product(s). We cannot accept returns if you decide to change your mind once your product has been ordered as all orders are special/bespoke orders.
If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a
replacement or refund will be made as long as the product is in the same condition as dispatched and it is within seven days with the sales ticket and in the original packaging. Please note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. We also always recommend that you order a sample first to avoid any confusion regarding colour, scale of pattern, finish etc.
